Kayla Janssen, a Belgium native with a vibrant global journey, has lived in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and London before even starting university. This rich international experience has deeply influenced her diverse and innovative choreography. With over 20 years in the industry, Kayla brings a unique blend of styles and a passion for making music come alive through dynamic movement and authentic human expression.

As a sought-after choreographer, Kayla has crafted memorable routines for artists like Dua Lipa, Rita Ora, G-Eazy, and The Disney Channel. She also shares her expertise weekly at the renowned Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles, inspiring dancers with her energetic and student-focused approach.

Kayla’s professional career began in London, where she captivated audiences with her work at Pineapple Dance Studios and performed in numerous flash mobs. Driven by a desire to refine her craft, she moved to New York City to train at the Broadway Dance Center’s Professional Semester. There, under the mentorship of Jermaine Brown and Joanna Numata, she honed her skills in Broadway and commercial dance, solidifying her identity as an artist.

In 2012, Kayla's talent was spotlighted when she won the global Adidas Dancers Wanted Challenge. Out of over 500 submissions, she was selected by P!nk and Katy Perry’s choreographers, Nick Florez and RJ Durrell (The Golden Boyz), to dance in LA. This pivotal experience was the catalyst for her move to Los Angeles, where she continues to shine and inspire in the world of dance.

And we keep dancing!
